About me
From game architecture to painting nature
My name is Dorien, and I am a Dutch watercolor artist living in Milan, Italy. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Game Architecture and Design from Breda University of Applied Sciences.
Through extracurricular activities, I had the opportunity to experiment with the watercolor medium. Having fallen in love with this technique, I wished to continue exploring it and sharing my creations with the people around me.
For a brief period after graduation, I focused on other endeavors, such as traveling and hiking. Through these activities, I rediscovered the beauty of life and the world around me, particularly the colorful world of plants and flowers. I strive to replicate this beauty in my paintings and allow it to be experienced in all kinds of locations.

Unique art pieces and custom creations
My website features several paintings available for acquisition and will be regularly updated with new creations over time. These may be singular pieces or part of a series sharing a theme.
I am open to designing custom paintings upon request or creating a piece similar to another original painting. This option requires a consultation beforehand to bring your idea to life.
